SAC was appointed to provide comprehensive
stormwater design, hydraulic calculations, and full
authority approvals for a key project Outfall
enhancement project in the nearest
catchment area, Abu Dhabi, to address flooding
and replace temporary pumping with permanent
solutions
Scope of Work
- Design stormwater networks,outfall connection, andpermanent pumping station(structural, architectural, MEP) across two streams.
- Prepare design reports, BIM models, and clash detection.
- Secure IDAS, ITC, TPD, and MEPS approvals with full coordination until final approval.

01Comprehensive Stormwater DesignDeveloped stormwater networks and outfall connection solutions across two streams within the Sea Palace catchment.
02Permanent Flood MitigationDesigned a permanent pumping station to replace temporary pumping arrangements and improve flood resilience.
