AOR Services for Stormwater Authority Approval

The project involves providing AOR services to facilitate the authority approval of stormwater design documentation. Super Arc Consultant LLC (SAC) is responsible for compiling submission packages based on information provided by the client or design consultant, submitting documents to the relevant authorities, coordinating responses to authority comments, and managing resubmissions until final approval.

The scope includes liaison with authorities, including ADNEC, and attendance at stakeholder meetings or clarification sessions where required. Engineering design, hydraulic calculations, technical drawings, and design compliance remain the responsibility of the originating design consultant, with SAC's role limited to authority submissions and coordination.

Scope of Work

• Act as Engineer of Record (AOR) for authority submission purposes.
• Review and compile client-provided stormwater drawings and supporting documents.
• Prepare the required authority submission package based on information provided by the client or design consultant.
• Submit stormwater design documentation to the relevant authorities.
• Liaise and coordinate with authorities, including ADNEC.
• Address authority comments in coordination with the client and design consultant.
• Coordinate and manage resubmissions using revised documents provided by the design consultant.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and clarification sessions, where required.
• Follow up with authorities throughout the approval process.
• Obtain and hand over approved stormwater design drawings as issued by the authority.
