Super Arc Consultant LLC is proud to announce the successful completion of the Al Yasmina School Junction Modification project. This initiative was a key component of a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) mitigation strategy, aimed at enhancing the junction’s capacity to accommodate increased vehicle volumes and meet anticipated traffic demands.
Scope of Work
Our team was responsible for the design and supervision of the upgrade, which included:
- Detailed design of roads, street lighting, ground improvement, landscaping, and stormwater management.
- Obtaining necessary NOC approvals from all relevant authorities.
- Securing town planning approvals.
- ITC approvals.
- MCC approvals.
- Supervision of all site activities.
Project Highlights
Despite being a relatively small-scale project, the Al Yasmina School Junction Modification presented unique challenges, including a tight timeline, space constraints, and a diverse range of activities. The project scope included:
- Exposing, relocating, and protecting existing utilities.
- Ground improvement.
- New road construction.
- Overlaying existing roads.
